Mr. Robert van Zwieten Director, Private Sector Capital Markets and Financial Sectors Division, Asian Bank (ADB)
Robert van Zwieten is the Director at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) overseeing the bank's private sector operations in Asian capital markets and financial sectors, covering 48 developing countries.
Through its work with financial intermediaries, ADB's private sector capital markets operations focus on financial sector development, expanding access to finance, particularly amongst lower income households (microfinance and housing finance) and micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises, as well as on infrastructure development and climate change finance. In addition, the division conceived and operates ADBs Trade Finance Program (TFP), which fills enduring trade finance gaps and furthering regional economic integration. Mr. Van Zwieten has 23 years of global senior executive experience in financial services, having conducted business and led teams, transactions and projects in all major financial markets in the United States, Europe, Asia and Australia. He has worked for Royal VOPAK, ABN AMRO Bank, GE Capital and GE Energy, Lehman Brothers and Singapore Exchange. He possesses domain knowledge in the areas of corporate, commercial and investment banking, securities brokerage, exchanges, trade finance, alternative asset management and emerging capital markets. Mr. Van Zwieten serves on the Board of Trustees of International House in New York. He also serves on the Board of Advisors of Doctors Without Borders/ Mdecins Sans Frontires (MSF) USA and is a past Chairman of its Development Council. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago - Booth School of Business, obtained his J.D. and M.A. degrees from Leiden University, the Netherlands, and holds an LL.M. degree from Columbia University School of Law in New York.

Director, Impact Partners
En Lee is the Director of Impact Partners, the private investment platform of the IIX. Formerly an Executive Director of Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC, Mr. Lee worked with numerous Asiafocused hedge funds and advised on structuring, prime brokerage, capital introduction, financing and regulatory issues. Previously, Mr. Lee was a Corporate Associate with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London and Hong Kong and specialized in private equity, cross-border mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions. Mr. Lee is a Chartered Alternative Investments Analyst (CAIA) and was a member of the Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA). For over a decade, Mr. Lee has been actively involved with charity work and philanthropy and more recently, with social enterprises and impact investing. He is an avid traveler and a Travel Editor for Glass magazine, an international sustainable lifestyle magazine. Mr. Lee graduated with a first class LL.B (Honors) degree from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom.
