Director, Operations and Chief Operating Officer

Developing, designing, operating, and improving an efficient and effective system of business operations, which produces and delivers the companys products. Appropriate management of resources and distribution of goods and services to customers. Creating maximum value for the companys stakeholders. Deciding performance measures for the operation (including solving the dilemma of efficiency versus effectiveness) Implementing the organisations mission statement to the lower-most staff in the organisational and functional hierarchy, and aligning personnel with company goals Giving appropriate rewards and recognitions to deserving and contributing employees Prioritising between customer, employee and organisation according to the requirements of changing times.

Director, Business Development & Sales


He is responsible for developing an ecosystem of reliable partners and negotiating and managing business relationships. He should be informed about the market needs for our product(s) He also identifies new opportunities for our business to profitably diversify Work with sales and marketing to improve customer retention and attract new customers. Help marketing create effective marketing communications and campaigns.

Director, Research and Development

Leads all R&D activities in the company Ensures compliance with company quality system in accordance with customer and company needs. Obtains R&D contracts, expertise and funding. Develops new technologies and products. Carries out functions related to product innovation and improvement Acts as a link with external parties on matters relating to the procurement of services and materials for the companys R&D activities. Reports to the President or the CEO or the COO of the company regarding R&D operations within the company.

Developing a Constitution for the firm, with the rules, rights and duties of each member of the firm clearly specified. Implement adequate and effective compliance systems within a firm and protect it from the mesh of lawsuits against the firm. Takes care that the company abides by the rules related to corporate governance practices and their transparency. Advises the Board of Directors on their individual and collective duties. Ensuring that the Board meetings run smoothly and efficiently and the proceedings and decisions of the meetings are recorded and filed for future reference.
