y Winter Park Winery is located in Downtown Fraser along

US Highway 40, the Winter Park Winery prides itself on its wine, small town charm and great atmosphere. Like the wine, it offers a bold, rich and flavorful spice to the local community and invites locals and visitors alike to come and experience the festivities. y All of our wines are made onsite and are handcrafted to achieve the best quality red and white wines. All of our wine in unfiltered to maintain full mouth feel and flavor while keeping all of the nutrients wine has to offer. y The tasting room offers wine by the glass, bottle and case. There is roughly enough seating for twenty folks, so get there early to ensure your group a table.

y Winter park winery makes wine from the best grapes

across the nation. They use different types of grapes, usually large grapes for more juice concentration. They use the best kind of grapes that is Cabernet Sauvignon. These grape contains a lot of tannin, which leads to a good red wine when properly aged. y Before these grapes are crushed their sugar level is checked and than according to that they add the alcohol. y After crushing the grapes ice is added into it so that the grapes don t loose its taste and freshness. y After adding ice and alcohol the process of fermentation comes where the grape juice is joined by other ingredients resulting in a chemical reaction that produces wine.

y After the fermentation process the wine has to go

through the big tanks to check whether the wine is properly blended or not. There the carbon dioxide is also added into it. y After this process the wine is being stored in an area where the temperature is 70 to 90 degrees. y After 12months the wines is taken out and tasted if it tastes good than it is ready for bottling up and if not than it is again backed up for 2months more. y At the end a delicious, tasteful and outstanding wine is ready to drink.

y Wine making is a science and an art. You can do it

with a little more science or you can do it by a little more art, that s up to the wine maker but Winter Park Winery do it by a little more art as well as plenty of science. y The Winter Park Winery prides it s self on wine, small town charm and great atmosphere.
