The price of the product should be made such that
everyone is able to avail the product The warranty period of the product should be increased The company must use other available souce of media to communicate their product In the area of durability the company needs to put more effort as only 50% customers are satisfied with that The company must increase its outlets in Jammu
CONCLUSION:
The study carried out by me reveals that the customers
who are using the mattresses manufactured by Nindiya are satisfied by the product except few factors that include, durability the most because if the customer is purchasing such a product it must have satisfactory durability, otherwise the customers are satisfied with the product
