Offshore is a multi discipline medium sized ISO 9001-2000 accredited construction company. Its activities are spread over a vide spectrum of construction activities, ranging from mass housing projects to strategic nuclear facility. Company has got versality to execute project work Rs. 10 Million to Rs. 1000 Millions with same professional competency. POWER PLANTS & NUCLEAR FACILITIES

Apart from conventional Power Plants Offshore has executed critical nuclear facilities like nuclear waste handling and reprocessing plants which calls for highest quality of construction and experience.

CHEMICAL & FERTILIZERS

Offshore has executed many complicated and intricate plant piping & erection work for Fertilizers, Chemical, Petrochemicals, Food Processing, Pharma and Bulk Drug Industries. It has also executed plants for Injectable and Baby Food and Drug plants requiring Sterile atmosphere confirming to US FDA Standards

CROSS COUNTRY & CITY GAS DISTRIBUTION PIPELINE (OIL & GAS) Gas Transmission and Distribution Networks

Active in laying Cross Country Pipelines for Oil & Gas transfer and distribution. Pipelines are laid in different terrains ranging from deserts and hills of Rajasthan to marshy land on eastern coast and in Metropolis limits for HPCL, BPCL etc..
The Company has also done the gas transmission and distribution network for Mahanagar Gas, Cairn Energy, GAIL and in the cities of Mumbai, delhi, Agra and Ferozabad.

MASS HOUSING
In housing sector Offshore has created Mass Housing Projects and townships for various government bodies and PSUs like MP Housing Board, Karnataka Housing Board, Karnataka Police Housing Corporation, Nevyeli Lignite Corporation Etc. Offshore has reconstructed earthquake damaged kotay village in Kutch District comprising housing and all infrastructures and amenities.

Turnkey Fire Protection System

Turnkey fire detection and protection system is a vital field of engineering applicable for Refineries, Power and Industrial establishments. Offshore is in almost all areas where sophisticated fire alarm, detection and protection is required.
