Every employee will be able to apply leave requests online through this module.
The Reporting Senior will be able to authorize leave requests through this system.
Employees will be able to view their leave balance online through the system.
The reporting senior will be able to view the pending and approved leave request
along with the leave balances of all the employees.
This module enables the recording of the daily attendance of every employee.
This can be done through a manual swipe by every employee, duly approved by
its reporting senior or the administrator can upload the daily output sheet in
.csv (comma separated values)in pre-agreed formats from a third party system.
This module allows employees to enter their reimbursement claims in the system
for approval.
Online status tracking of the claims can also be done through this.

Every employee will be provided access to enter their daily timesheets in the system.
The reporting senior will be able to view and authorize the same.
The periodicity of time sheets can be configured in this module as per client
requirements. Along with the time sheet, daily activity sheets can also be configured
in this module to enable other support function employees to record their daily
activities.
Every employee will be able to set his / her objectives and submit appraisal forms
through the system.
The Reporting Senior will be able to view the same, approve / reject and also add his
own remarks / ratings through this module. The HR will be the global viewer of the
online process with available data for pending appraisals, pending objectives,
identification of factors delaying the completion of appraisal, etc.
