Assumptions
y The application is to be hosted in a remote hosting server with y y y y y y
good connectivity. The head-office, braches and authorized employees to have internet connectivity to access the application. Database structure to be used to store the reports and queries Hardware and Software platform will remain unchanged during the life cycle of this assignment. The client will provide all necessary hardware and software to implement the system Client shall provide all required content, data & domain knowledge and workflow inputs required for implementing the system. All users of the system shall have knowledge of computer usage.

Project Management
y Big Network shall allocate a Project Manager who will be the primary contact between Client and Big Net development team comprising of .Net developers, database admin, webmaster, designer and testers. y The PM will schedule the project and allocate the various modules amongst the team members and shall be responsible for the timely delivery of the project. y The PM shall also apply all standard testing practices while developing the project. The entire life cycle of the project shall be documented and provided to Client.

Costing
y Big Network shall under take the project at an estimated y Cost of HRMS Engine Rs. 2,00,000/- (Two lakhs only ) plus y y

taxes. Cost of customization/ implementation at Rs. 2000/- per man day . Estimated 50 days to cost Rs. 1,00,000/- (One Lakh only) Hosting charges of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand only) per annum for 100 MB server space along with 10 pop3 accounts, .NET Hosting, Ms Sql tables, Web 2.0 support, helpdesk and FTP account in a Windows Server located in USA. Training cost at Rs. 2500/- (Two thousand five hundred only) per day. Free three months maintenance

Terms
y Confidentiality: Non Disclosure Agreement and Contract to be signed y y y y y
based on mutual terms. Payment: 50% Advance along with work-order, 30% against completion of coding phase and 20% against implementation of the project. Support: Big Network shall provide 3 months support for the project, after which we shall enter into a separate annual maintenance contract with clearly listed levels of support. Deliverable: Fully working application from a remote hosting server. Acceptance: The project will be considered as completed upon obtaining a project completion certificate from the designated project coordinator at Client. Content: The client should provide a DVD containing data, project briefing and specification, and other information relevant to the project. The client should provide access to their server for hosting the project on their network.

Terms
y Cooperation: The project schedule depends on the rate of flow of y y y y y
information and cooperation form client. Coordination: The client should also assign a project coordinator, who shall act as a one point contact for project communication. Extra Charges: Work done beyond the scope of this proposal shall be charged separately. Any travel and incidental expenses will be claimed at actual. Validity: The proposal is valid for 14 days from date of submission. Force Majeure: The Force Majeure clause shall come into play if the project is delayed because of untoward incidence like riots, war, natural calamities and fire accidents. Intellectual Property: Big Net will handover the source code of the project against fulfillment of all payment obligations.
