Responsible for sourcing candidate's as per the client

requirements through various sources such as headhunting, jobs sites, database, etc.

Short listing potential candidates as per client's criteria and


conducting telephonic / personal interview, if required. Maintaining candidate database and maintaining reports. Full recruitment cycle including identifying candidates, phone interviews, preparing resumes, conduct management and peer reference checks, coordinate interviews, interview preps, post interview feedback.

Prepare salary sheet for every month. Preparing summary of the entire salary. Getting the salary sheet approved by the authority. Send the details of salary to the Bank. Send salary slip to all the Region/ Sub region.

Handling details of employees i.e. new joiners, resignation, confirmation.


Handling leaves records. Recruitment Activities. Preparing Appointment Letter for new joiner. Making arrangements for induction.

Follow up with attendance.


Undertaking Increment and Promotion Activities. Prepare PF Follow up for PF forms from new joiners

Research Reports on salary trends, recruitment trends in


Senior & Middle Management Salary surveys, research and analysis Research campus recruitment trends and compensation trends Research Human Resources trends in sectors like Consumer, Industrial, Technology, Real Estate, Services, Life Sciences and Financial Services

Preparation of SOP of Training Department.


To design, co-ordinate and implement Training activities. To conduct training program for employees and new recruits.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Discuss with the respective service lines heads in deciding what staffing needs they have and whether to use independent contractors or hire employees to fill these needs,

recruiting and training the best employees, ensuring they are high performers, dealing with
performance issues, and ensuring the personnel and management practices conform to various regulations.

To ensure proper processes are in place for smooth running of the

monthly payroll.
Prepare pay slips for all employees and reconciliation of error payouts. Ensure that changes to claims and benefits payout formulas are captured and changed accordingly in the system. Complete monthly, quarterly and year end payroll Provide payroll related information for internal and external audits.

Conceptual understanding of classical and operational OD
