Job description is written statement of the content of job which is derived from the job analysis . It states what the job holder does, how it is done, under what condition it is done and why it is done.

There is no relationship between education qualification and understanding job responsibility. Superior are co-operating with the employee in the organization There is a positive correlation between training provided and improvement in performance skill of the employees. The organization is supportive to achieve the target Most of them are satisfied with the job in the organization

SUMMARY OF FINDINGS

1.36% of employee says that , supervisor will describe the job responsibilities at the time of joining . 2.About 43% of respondents will understand the job responsibility by the oral statement itself. 3. About, 49% of respondents are clear about their job responsibilities assigned to them High 4. , 69% of respondents are satisfactory by the task provided by the organization to them 5. 38% of respondents agree that skill, is necessary for the success of job 6. 46% of respondents say that they get enough opportunity to interact with other employee 7. 42% of respondents says the superior supports employee in completing

SUGGESTION AND RECOMMENDATION


Management must provide opportunity to interact with other employee in order to have smooth relationship between employees The superior has to give proper feedback about the employees performance. It helps the employees to improve their performance. Effective training has to be given to the employees and it should be continued in order to increase the efficiency of the employees and in turn it will help them to perform their task effectively.

CONCLUSION

Job analysis and job description are closely interrelated.. The

information gathered on each job through job analysis is


subsequently organized and compiled in a job description . the adequacy of the job description depend largely upon the extend of the information obtained through job analysis .it therefore essential to assure proper job analysis is done only accurate job description of duties and specification can be made. the job analysis specific detailed of what is being done and skill utilized in the job are obtained. Job analysis enables the human resources to understand the job and structure to improve work flow or develop techniques to improve services .
