MISSION OF THE SILVER FOX FOOTBALL PROGRAM

The Silver Fox Football Program will pursue excellence relentlessly through teamwork.

1. Build confidence, self-esteem, and a feeling of contribution within each player, manager, and coach in the program. 2. Encourage open and honest communication from all team members. 3. Respect the dignity and diversity of each person on the team. 4. Commit to team unity through strong leadership principles and trust in each other.

The Silver Fox Football Program will empower each player, manager, trainer, and coach, with the desire to relentlessly pursue excellence in his life.

1. Because he learned, from being part of the Silver Fox Football Program how to: be accountable, deal with pressure, be a competitor, be a team player, sacrifice, make a commitment. 2. Because he believes that Success Is A Habit.

The Option Running Game forces pass defenders to play the run, while the Quick Passing Game makes natural run defenders spread out and cover receivers. Our offense will emphasize the use of the following to best utilize our personnel to create favorable match ups while stretching the defense both horizontally, by formation, and vertically, by scheme: 1. JEFFERSON SILVA HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETICS The Jefferson Silva strongly believes in the education of the whole child. It is through this belief that athletics play a major role in the educational process. Athletic programs are an extension of the classroom, where our youth learn teamwork, sportsmanship, winning, losing and work ethics. These characteristics are the foundation for which students can build upon for future success.
