Training is the step which is helpful in managing organization. Without skilled workers no organization can achieve its objective. So it is very important to conduct training programs for employees at all levels of an organization. Assessing the need for training and then evaluating the effectiveness of training imparted is one of the challenges in an organization. Most organization lack in post training evaluation and follow up of the employee who attends training.

To analyze the nature, need and importance of training at MRPL. To know the present training methods and main objectives followed by MRPL. To find out how training acts as a motivation tool for the employees. To study whether the training plays an important role in the future prospects of the company. To assess how training develops the personalities of the employees and the management support provided to them regarding the training programmes.

To understand the Training and Development Program, policies, procedures, effectiveness and evaluation followed within the company. We would also understand how the employee is benefitted through these programs and how it effects the working and development of the organization
