In 2009, the company diversified to provide Outsourcing & Recruitment services to Non IT areas like Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Engineering, Construction, Retail and many more.

All employees are hired on permanent basis

Job timing - 9:30 to 7:30 Attendance If an employee 1 minute late for six days in a month then 1 day salary is deducted. It is applicable at all levels Initial training is provided as per the capabilities of the employees

On job training is also provided as and when required

Leave policy
2nd & 4th Saturday off , every Sunday National and Public holidays off If any other leave is required then prior notice is compulsory, salary will be deducted if employee has not completed 6 months and for rest 2 leaves are permitted beyond which they are subject to deduction

After completing 6 months, Rs. 1000 is given on every closure beyond 2 in a month On some special position which is required to close as early as possible and it is very challenging to find such candidate, an employee is given Rs. 2000 on closing the position within the given time

It recognizes the employee within the team who has achieved maximum target It motivates the employees to perform better then others A certificate and a cheque of Rs. 5000 is awarded

Employee Suggestion Scheme
Applicable to all levels of employees who has completed 1 year in the organization Ideas leading to improvements can be given by employees & implemented by the suggestion committee. Employee has fill form and mail to the suggestion team It recognizes employees with creative ideas It motivate them to contribute for the organization It Fosters employee engagement If the suggestion is selected then the employee receives a letter of appreciation from the Chairman and a cheque worth Rs 2000/ If not selected then the suggestion committee sends a mail giving the reason within 15 days
